Can scrollxp do a loop scroll of table data?

Hi, I am trying to work out a way to achieve a scrolling table which just loops a larger data set.

very similar to https://jsfiddle.net/5k9wk6vj/

But with out the retro scrolling effect ;-P

Can scrollXp do this? and if yes how to attack it?
