Different language support on the weMail CSV import feature

Right now, weMail import feature isn't working if the file has a different language. On the CSV file, if the first name and last name are in Bangla or Chinese ( Mandarin ) then the first name and last name will not import properly. At this moment it will look like this: https://prnt.sc/wln24y
