Feature Request: Give option to format Date and Time in "Private Message" module

Greetings,

Please give option to format Date and Time in "Private Message" module. Right now I have a message time stamp which shows as: Nov 21,2:05 pm It should at least shows as: Nov 21, 2:05 pm but the best would be to reflect my settings at: wp-admin/options-general.php
