4.0.6 - Some language text strings missing for translation

While testing before launching... I noticed that some language text strings are missing for translation in the "wp-user-frontend.pot" file. I am going to try to list some of these here:

• Your account is not active.
• Please check your email for activation link.
• Activation link
• [Click here] to resend the activation link
• Password minimum strength should be weak
• Password minimum strength should be medium
• Password minimum strength should be strong

If I find other strings, I'll post these here.
