Assistance Required – Issue with WeDocs Pro Version

Hi Team,

We recently purchased the WeDocs Pro version and have created a few documents. Everything was working fine initially, but for the past few days, we have noticed an issue. Whenever we create new documents, the first document does not appear in the back-end, though it is visible on the front-end.

Since we couldn't find a direct support option for this, we wanted to reach out for assistance. Could you please help us resolve this issue?
