Include tags in search

Hi! Awesome plugin, love it.

I was just wondering if there is any way to make it so that when you search in the search widget, this search would include the tags added to the articles. For instance, if I added the tag "switched off" to an article and I search "switched off", currently it does not show the article in the results and it would be amazing if it did.
