New tab for comparing people to each other within department

Several chairs have asked for the ability to compare faculty to each other. We could create a summary table that listed values like name, primary department, person types, median citation impact, number of publications over a time period, citation score of first/last authors pubs, etc. If we run out of horizontal space, we could allow the user to select only certain fields.
