Crash with version 1.0.2 from Play Store

Steps:

1. open Simple Markdown
2. top right hand menu, Open
3. I used cx file explorer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cxinventor.file.explorer
4. Selected a file that was 169Kb
5. Crashes

Opening up Simple Markdown again, crashes immediately as it looks like it is trying to open the same file.

Hey, just checking in here. I've done some pretty major refactoring of the app since you reported the crash. Are you still seeing it or has it been resolved?
