[feature request] Allow command-line arguments to be passed to Perl scripts.

If not sure if it's possible, but it would be nice to support passing command line arguments to Perl scripts.

Example:

$ rperl script.pl --arg

Currently, it dies with the following error:

Unknown option: arg
ERROR EARG00: Failure processing command line arguments, dying
