Directly attaching public key to X509_REQ possible with your code(csrbuilder)? when private key is not available!

Hello, I would like to describe more on this: In current situation I am having only public key with me, which I got from server. So my CA app will take that public key and constructs X509_REQ (CSR).

So in your case, (csrbuilder) is capable of appending public key to X509_REQ ?
