Duplicate posts in Mattermost cluster (2-node)

Hi,

Thank you for this useful plugin. I have been testing it out in a single node Mattermost and have not encountered any strange issues. Sadly, in a clustered environment with 2-nodes RSS feeds get duplicated when posted in a channel. I'm not sure why yet, but wanted to report it in case others have more than one Mattermost server in their environment.

The developer documentation seems to mention plugins should be stateless.

I can confirm that we're seeing the same behavior with the rssfeed plugin on a two node cluster running in High Availability mode. Every update from a feed is posted twice, leading to messy and hard to read channels. Running the latest rssfeed version 0.2.5.
