Adapt Wazuh app for internal options deprecation

Hi team,

We should adapt the Wazuh app in order to include the options now included in ossec.conf from the internal options deprecation.

The options location is opened to discussion. Some may be placed in existing modules (syscheck options in File integrity monitoring, for example) and some others may not.

This options are provided by the following endpoints:
