Test configuration new tool

Hi team,

The app currently supports edit configuration files, filling a text editor and clicking on a "Save" button. What about having a test-only configuration validation that doesn't have a real effect on the server?

Proposals:

• [ ] Create a new component for edit xml.
• [x] Integrate it in the new tools section.
