Added `--instance-name` in Vagrant deploy documentation

Closes: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-qa/issues/5358 The aim of this PR is to enhance the documentation of the Allocator module. Since the --instance-name parameter is compulsory in the Vagrant deploy, the documentation has been updated as so. The description of the parameter has been updated too.

Also, as this parameter is not compulsory in the AWS deployment, I added two more examples to show the possibilities of this kind of deployment.
