Build Wazuh module for Filebeat

Hi team,

https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/3566 needs to build a Filebeat module, I think this repository is the right place to store and to maintain our build script.

The final location for the script may change, even the code of the script because it was designed under DEB instance with some other requirements already installed, please let me know what we need to make it work in Jenkins for example.

The expected S3 path would be https://packages.wazuh.com/3.x/filebeat/wazuh-module.tar.gz
