Alpine package `future` version is not aligned with other packages

Currently, Alpine package generation script is using 99.99.0 as the version https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-packages/blob/8b94f1c7d083c7946eb5e398edf6abfc71a5812e/alpine/build_package.sh#L163-L164

This unalignment (compared to other packages like rpm or deb that use MAJOR.30.0) causes some problems on Jenkins

It's desirable to change it also to MAJOR.30.0 to behave like the other packages

It was found that build_package.sh does not set reference parameter as mandatory
