Create Wazuh indexer sub-sections

we need to create Wazuh indexer sub-section including:

• [ ] Wazuh indexer indices
• [ ] Index life management
• [ ] Memory locking
• [ ] Shards and replicas

We need to consider

• Providing an index retention policy for general usage, whether through documentation or by the very deployment of Wazuh.
• Updating the installation guide to highlight the need to use retention policies to prevent problems.
