Update migration process from Elasticsearch to Wazuh indexer

It is necessary to update step 17 of this documentation, since depending on which version is migrated from, Kibana will not start with the new version of Wazuh indexer. For this, it is necessary to validate an alternative by OpenSearch API to obtain this information, or indicate from which versions this validation can be performed.

Message to update:

Verify that the indexed data in Open Distro is now searchable and indexable in the Wazuh indexer. You may enter the web interface, search for old data and verify that new alerts are coming in.
