OpenSSL should be a dependency in Offline Installation

Description

It has been found an error while doing an Offline Installation. To summarize, the openSSL tool was not installed.

I created this issue https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-packages/issues/2067 and I noticed that in the documentation is not specified the openSSL tool as a dependency. Please add this tool to the list of dependencies in https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/offline-installation.html#prerequisites
