Deprecate Debian Stretch in Vulnerability Detector

Description

Issue https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/14354 is going to deprecate the Debian Stretch target for Vulnerability Detector.

Thus, it is necessary to remove references to Debian Stretch for Vulnerability Detector in the documentation, so the following must be removed:

  • The OVAL link
  • The target in the configuration blocks
  • The support for that OS
