Add "Saved object for the index pattern can not be found" section to Wazuh dashboard troubleshooting

Description

This PR adds "Saved object for index pattern not found" section to Wazuh dashboard troubleshooting.

This error will be included in 4.3.7 for the Wazuh plugin of the Wazuh dashboard.
