Add new Authd options to generate certificates

Hi team!

In the following PR https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/pull/13559 we have replaced the certificate generation with a tool embedded into authd. This has been done in order to remove the openssl package install (though we still use it in the tool itself).

This issue aims to:

  • Explain the new Authd parameters.
  • Remove any reference to installing the OpenSSL package on a default installation.
  • Explain how the tool works
