Improve the Blocking a Malicious Actor PoC requirements documentation

Description

While testing the steps in the Blocking a Malicious Actor PoC, we saw that the requirement documentation only mentions it . It would be great if the documentation has a tutorial on how install and start the service on Linux, macOS and Windows.

For example, on macOS the Apache server is started with

sudo apachectl start

In addition, the name of the file to be monitored is different.

For example in Windows the installation and startup of the service is done with this tutorial:

In Linux the installation and service startup commands depend on the distribution because they change the package names. Currently the documentation only mentions Ubuntu.

From v4.8.0-alpha2 tests it doesn't seem to be an issue any longer. Closing this issue should be considered now.
