Update API documentation with the new manager statistics endpoints

This issue is part of https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/13099.

In that epic issue, we are improving the Wazuh managers' statistics obatined from daemons. Right now, a Wazuh manager includes some statistics for the wazuh-remoted and wazuh-analysisd daemons. The aim is to add new counters, update current ones, add statistics for the wazuh-db daemon, etc. Changes to the Wazuh API will be also added as the statistics will be able to be consulted from the API.

This issue aims to update the Wazuh documentation according to the changes done to the Wazuh API.

As asked in https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/13383, new API endpoints will be implemented to retrieve daemon statistics from managers. In https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/14227, an API endpoint will be implemented to obtain daemon statistics from a specific agent. Issues https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/13929, https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/14228, and https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/14229 ask for changes in framework functions to use the JSON communication protocol and add the possibility to get the active configuration from wazuh-db. Talking about https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/13384, the current API endpoints used to obtain daemon statistics will be deprecated.

We should take these 2 issues into account and make the appropriate changes to the Wazuh documentation.
