Update AWS screenshots

Description

The AWS interface shown in the screenshots within the Using Wazuh to monitor AWS documentation is different. Amazon has just updated its interface again so maybe it's a good time to update all our screenshots too.

For instance, this is the image from our documentation that shows how to create a bucket: image

And this is what we see when trying to create it in the AWS console: image
