MITRE > Intelligence error `MITRE alerts could not be fetch`

Description The error occurs when the user navigates to the Intelligence MITRE tab and sees the MITRE alerts could not be fetched error message. This issue was found by a community user.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Agent
2. Go to MITRE > Intelligence
3. See the error

Expected Result

1. The error shouldn't happen when the user has 0 alerts for the MITRE module.
