Improve the filtering mechanism in the vulnerability inventory panel

Hi team,

Since Wazuh v4.2.0, the vulnerability report for each agent is inventoried in the WUI.

This is very useful so the users can analyze the current findings in their agents. However, only the fields that appear in the main panel can be filtered in the upside bar. It would be great to extend this filtering to all the fields in the alerts, that way we could cover more use cases.

For example, the most requested use case is to ignore findings where there no exists a patched package containing the vulnerability fix. This could be done by filtering by Condition != Package unfixed but this field is not shown in the list.

This is the case reported by a user in https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/14560.

It also would be interesting to have the possibility of making applied filters persistent. That way, users could keep their panels customized as desired.
