Add Azure monitoring as a module in the UI

Describe the solution you'd like

We want to include the UI components of the Wazuh and Azure integration. For that purpose we will need:

• Add to configuration the setting to enable and distable de module, like what the other modules already have
• Add a new dashboard like the AWS and GCP module
• Explore events reported by the integration and propose useful visualizations
• Add a Tab or section to explore Azure events in a discover instance

For reference this is a screenshot of the AWS dashboard and the settings section to enable / disable modules.

We need to propose these new design before implementing them.
