[UI] Consistency in visualizations types

Describe the solution you'd like We should define the visualization types used in the plugin, so their details.

Context:

• Core
• Custom (not indexed data: Wazuh API data)

For example:

• labels
• pie vs donut
• possibility to change the colors in the core visualization. Side task: research if we could remove the selector. Should we avoid that users can change the colors?
