Vulnerability Detection not working on Wazuh dashboard

I have followed the instruction for both the Wazuh Server and Agent, the vulnerability detector is enabled,syscollector enable for the agent. I have reinstalled wazuh twice with unattended installation, and the same issue, anyone to help? thanks
