Force agent selection when env endpoint changes

Description

Naviate to an agent dashboard. Change the environment. If the selected agent id matches an agent in the other environment, it is automatically selected.

Preconditions 1.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to an agent dashboard
  2. Click on dropdown to change environment and select one previously deselected
  3. See how the agent also changes

Expected Result

  1. The agent selection resets and ask the user to select a new agent from the list of agents on the current environment.

Actual Result

  1. A new agent is selected automatically if it shared the id with the agent from the previous environment
