Increasing the quality of generated reports

Describe the solution you'd like What's the problem? 1.Application administrators want reports for their own application environments

You need to do a report for agent groups through group mechanism or label mechanism. And generate a report for them. Currently, if it is generating a report for a group of agents through the labeling engine, the report does not generate the correct data.

Thanks for valuable feedback. These issues will be addressed at some point. This issue will stay open until then.
