Customizable email reports from visualizations
Hello Team, I am asking for this feature since it would be great to include a section in which you can design a Report, schedule it and send it over email in a visual HTML format. This request is like an extension of this one https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-kibana-app/issues/1492 In my opinion, there should be three different sections for this:
Reports design section
A visual report designer tool where you can add elements like:
- Visualizations previously created in the visualizations section (or even complete dashboards)
- Header and footer with custom logos and information.
- Customizable titles for the visualizations.
- Other elements like text boxes and picture boxes, external links, division lines etc.
- Formatting tools to add section and page breaks.
- Include the features requested in this issue: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-kibana-app/issues/1492
Email configuration section
In this section the keys are:
- SMTP Server configuration (IP or hostname, sender, port, security, etc)
- Recipients configuration (maybe with a list previously populated)
(Maybe this email section can be used also to send email alerts)
Scheduling section
A section where you can merge the configurations made in the previous section with a complete schedule tool.
- Possibility of adding custom dates and times.
- Possibility of setting an expiration for the schedules.
- Possibility of downloading the report to a folder or network location.
- Selection of types of format (HTML, PDF, CSV)
- Selection of the reports you want to schedule.
- Selection of the email configuration already made.
I hope these suggestions could help improve the product.

Hi, We are on version 4.5.4 at the time of writing, these features are not available. So I continue to struggle with the ossec.conf file in text mode and server relaunch in order to have (maybe if I'm not wrong by a comma...) an email sent to my webmaster while you can create precise pdfs via filters/dashboard but the latter remain on the server. It's a shame that wazuh allows you to see so much but it's still so horribly hard to exploit in production. Regards,
