Resizing the browser window has some responsive inconsistencies

Description Some UI elements are not responsive or are not using the correct behavior

Steps to reproduce
Case A
1- navigate to agents
2- resize the browser
Case B
1- navigate to agents / <specific agent>
2- resize the browser
Expected Result Case A "Evolution" graphic adapts to the screen size and remains displayed "Actions", "Deploy new agent", and "Export formatted" buttons adapt to screen size and remain displayed Case B "System auditing" and "vulnerabilities" buttons remain displayed or are moved to the "more" option
