Implement a section to get the client-side logs from the UI

Description In order to be able to see client-side logs, we need to create a new section where the user should be able to see the last logs from the new endpoint. A user would filter by server logs or UI logs, filter by keywords, and filter by time ranges.

Tasks:

• [ ] Create a new endpoint to get the UI logs. It should be able to filter by time (maybe Today, Last 5 days, Last 10 days), and it should be able to filter by a string as a keyword,
• [ ] Add UI logs in Settings / Logs, with the option to see logs only from Server, UI, or both.
