not support fo vue file ?

While this is not currently supported by default, you can easily add vue files by editing the settings.json file

You can add any file you wish by editing the todohighlight.include key

...
"todohighlight.include": [
        "**/*.vue",
        "**/*.vuex",
    ],

Nearly one year later, and considering its growth, is it possible to support Vue SFC by default?

I agree. It will be nice to support vue file by default.
