I want to locate intersection in google map but donot have the origin for global coordinates

I want to locate intersections of each scenario in google-earth but do not have the origin for global coordinates .

to be more precise, I want to convert local x,y,z coordinates of vehicle position at each time frame into a global position so I can find in which place the vehicle is located at each time frame of each scenario.
