I agree button on signup page to access dataset is deativated

Hi, The access page was working fine till last week. However, right now the I agree button is deactivated even after filling in all fields and scrolling/ reading the terms to the end. Please help.

Same issue. Doesn't work on windows but works on ubuntu. Changing browser doesn't work. Wierd.
