Have you considered add the plugin to vim.org?

There are very few plugins for preview markdown in vim, and this is the only that I know that make use of Python Markdown Extra. Many people look for plugins in vim.org and for sure that a lot of them don't know about this. I think that this is very functionally and pleasant enough to be there.

Yes, I had intended to do so, but there were a few obvious problems with it that needed fixed first. Unfortunately, I was busy with other matters and lost track of this project. Now that you've fixed those issues, it should defiantly be added. Thanks for all your help.

I have the intention of using it regularly, to edit the README.md files on my Bitbucket and GitHub repositories. I also applies to quick edit drafts for my blog articles based on markdown files processed by Pelican.

So, I ran out of options and this was the plugin that best fit my needs. And I love python, I thought, let's finish the job! You put the blueprints and raised the walls, I just put the roof. Thanks to you! Beginin' from scratch would have been harder.
