Adding link to the story and the author

The story link is stored in the metadata of epub file, but I don't know how to view that on an iPhone (I'm using iBooks). And even then, it'd be nicer to have the link readily available.

Link to the author is also necessary in case he/she deleted the fic and we want to go to their profile to see if something happened.

I've added the URL for the fanfic on the cover page. I'll see what I can do about the author URL, but that would take longer.
