Document wayland, weston, etc

This ticket is a request to add a section to the documentation that mentions that wayland is a requirement for waydroid, explains what it is, and how to install it.

I find this a bit hard to believe, but I couldn't find any mention in the waydroid documentation that wayland is a requirement for waydroid.

I can think of three changes needed to the documentation:

  1. An "Intro" section that describes what "waydroid" is and what "wayland" is
  2. Add to the "Install" section the steps needed to install wayland
  3. Add to the "Troubleshooting" section what to do when you get this error message
XDG Session is not "wayland"

feel free to make a PR, doesn't seem like anyone else is interested, and I don't personally have the time to do it right now.
