Associate to multiple identical displays

If more than associated display is connected at the same time, some of the features (enforce mirror, autostart streaming, rotation following) will not activate as the feature is not indended to support an use case when more than display is present at the same time but to re-use the same dummy at multiple locations (for example at home and at work).
