Add a notice for virtual displays managed by third party apps about the unavailability of configuration editing and hardware control

If this is not possible via DisplayLink it would be nice if it was noted somewhere.

You can see from the photo. I have enabled HiDPI settings in DisplayLink Manager as well.

Right, configuration editing is available for natively connected displays only. I could add the block for DisplayLink devices with a notice that this feature is not available for virtual displays managed by other applications (like the DisplayLink Manager).
