Quick mode-switch for Intel

Tweak the default mode-switch to be faster. There is a somewhat annoying half second delay due to slow fade-in/fade-out by default on Intel Macs - this is somewhat annoying when switching resolutions multiple times or moving displays around and can be sped up.
