BetterDisplay Settings/About animation should respond to reduce motion accessibility setting
Usually I'm happy with using BetterDisplay, but an ongoing irritant of mine is the Settings -> About page that has an superfluous animation.
The animation also doesn't respond to the Reduce motion toggle in System Settings -> Accessibility -> Display
Therefore I'm wondering why there has to be an animation there to have the BetterDisplay logo fly in?
macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 with the recently released BetterDisplay Version 2.3.1 Build 29141 Mac mini M2 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
Sure, I can make the animation go away when motion is reduced.
About will not animate anymore when reduce motion is enabled. Also, if you hold OPTION
while opening the menu, the animation will be skipped in case you want to look at the about section when reduce motion is not enabled.
Thank you for understanding. And thank you for changing the title of this issue to something comprehensible.
