Automated performance testing

In relation to https://github.com/waycrate/wayshot/issues/42: I think we should consider adding some CI with automated perf testing to check for regressions.

I am not exactly sure how we'd go about setting up the pipeline for this but it would definitely be a step in the positive direction.
