That is odd indeed, which version of JER is this?

It looks to me like the items are where they are supposed to be, but the background is not correct.

I think I fixed this with https://github.com/way2muchnoise/JustEnoughResources/pull/367. The issue is still present in 1.18 releases though. I don't see a 1.18 branch though, so I'm not sure how to go about backporting the fix.
