Updated tcp library name and calls. (For node.js 0.8.20) Reduced minimum data size to 5 for responseMulti to handle empty results. Fixed handling incomplete response from server by fixing checks for partial response. (This was made evident using ab (Apache Batch) testing with 1000 concurrent requests.)
