I can't find a way to specify SSH options as PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes or such...

Thanks for submitting. Right now, in the UI, there is no way to add those options. Your best bet as a temporary workaround is to add them to your ~/.ssh/config file. Wave uses ssh natively under the hood and so any options set in your ssh config will be picked up by Wave directly.
