[Bug]: Failed to post message: failed to stream openai chat: openai 403 Forbidden: Country, region, or territory not supported

Current Behavior

The Wave AI feature doesn't work because of the issue.

After updating Wave terminal, the AI feature is unusable because of the issue. I'm currently in SEA region. It was working fine before the update.

Expected Behavior

I expected it to work like in the demo vid.

Steps To Reproduce

I'm not sure how one would reproduce this but I'm on Fedora 42 with Hyprland. I installed Wave Terminal via .rpm months ago.
